We are introducing a new fantastic color for our very popular Skivvy T-Shirt!
Call it beige, natural white, cream, écru, … , we named it “Desert Sand” ’cause we’re fancy like that.
The color is similar to that of unbleached cotton yarn, and was inspired by the specific shade of an old vintage henley undershirt from our archives.
The “Desert Sand” now joins our growing Skivvy family of classic T-Shirts introduced in 2013: white, black, navy blue, jungle green, sage green, brown 436, along with an heather grey edition.
Same US Military-inspired “Quarter Sleeve Undershirt” cut, same old school flatlock seam construction, same vintage silhouette, and same all-American provenance.

Finally here, and not a moment too soon!
This is the long-awaited comeback of our Gym Henley pattern, revisited for Spring 2021, and fresh-off our California jersey knit factory!
It took a while to get them produced (we’ve been at it since 2020), but they are back, and now available in a full size range. No more sizing goat rodeo, for those of you who remember the original 2011 edition and its dozen of eclectic NOS tubular jerseys and all over the place specs!
This time around, the body is cut from our “SKIVVY” all-cotton tubular jersey knit (no side seams), a fabric of MF® SKIVVY T-Shirt fame.
This milled-in-USA “Skivvy” fabric has less mechanical stretch than our “STANLEY” slubby knit jersey (featured on our STANLEY T-Shirt model), resulting in a tighter, old school athletic shirt fit. For a more relaxed silhouette, consider sizing up.
The P.T. HENLEY features our MF® signature coverstitch/flatlock construction. For a vintage M*A*S*H vibe, we opted for contrasting stitching and trims: olive coverstitch, OD cotton poplin button packet facing, gunpowder grey needle-out jersey neckband, and olive green genuine bone buttons.
A tonal white version and few color options of the MF® P.T. Henley are in the pipeline, and production should wrap-up sometime during February-March 2022.

SIZING/FIT:
The MF® P.T. Henley comes rinsed/tumbled dry.
The tubular jersey fabric of the MF® P.T. Henley is the same as our SKIVVY T-Shirt fabric. Identical width, with low mechanical stretch. Use your SKIVVY size.
I wear a Small for a tight fit, personal preference. About 5’7 , ~145 lbs. Consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit or contemporary silhouette.
CARE:
Low maintenance. Machine wash on normal cycle, cold water, eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry or hang dry.

We are introducing a new color in our SKIVVY T-shirt selection this season, the classic “Brown 436” familiar to many as the specific shade of brown of 1980s US Army undershirts, the government-issued “Undershirt, man’s, quarter sleeve, type I, class 3, brown 436”. This color addition completes the vintage military-inspired palette of our SKIVVIES: white, sage green, navy blue and brown.
The STANLEYS and their looser jersey knit are still available in white, black, jungle green, royal blue, red and gold, with a full recent restock on all colors.

Our SKIVVY and STANLEY tubular T-Shirts are also available as a Two-Pack option. Individually priced at $69.95 per shirt, a two-pack can be purchased at a substantial saving for $124.95. The packaging consists of a simple lightweight cardboard box, reminiscent of old military stenciled ammo metal boxes.
Each two-pack box contains two identical solid T-shirts (sorry, no style/color/size combination or substitution.)

Popular staples of the MF® Sportsman catalog (our on-going production of all made-in-USA originals), are the classic SKIVVY and STANLEY tubular T-Shirts. Their simplicity, old school fit, vintage demeanor, CoO, …, have appealed to many of our patrons, from bonafide USMC Devil Dogs to Hollywood celebrities.
Skivvies and Stanleys have become second skins for some, worn as undershirts or summer classics, so we are now releasing a Two-Pack option. Our friend Paul Rizzo, who could sell a tank out of an Upstate NY car lot, would call that a “package deal.” Individually priced at $69.95 per shirt, a two-pack is now available for $124.95, a substantial saving indeed. And no, Frank, we’re not throwing in the boonie hat.
For the packaging, we wanted to stay away from plastic/PVC, as there’s already enough of it in our oceans. We went instead for lightweight cardboard boxes, each hand-customized and reminiscent of old military stenciled ammo metal boxes. Please re-use or recycle.
